If your team is too small and weak, your match will full of yellow cards in FIFA 21. However, the studio continues to work to fine-tune the gameplay. Fotunately, new patch has introduced to fixes this problem. The number of yellow cards will be reduced from now on.
EA has also corrected an error at the end of the game, before, the referee will whistle at inappropriate times. On the other hand, the patch notes also specify that the time in which a celebration can be requested has been extended, especially at pro club matches.
Other additional bugs have also been touched. A curious one is the one that the game allowed certains players to remain suspended after contesting a pass, a header, or a shot. A hard tackle could cause the footballer to slip more than necessary due to an error in one of the animations. The patch makes changes in practically all game modes.
FIFA 21 is available on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch. But the game on Switch is a Legacy Edition, which means that it is a roster and player update, with no changes at the playable level.
The new generation versions already have a release date: December 4. Players are able to access this improved version on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Therefore, they will not be available until the launch of the new systems. EA announced that those who purchase the game on current machines would be able to upgrade for free.
